Two/three layers co-extrusion full-automatic stretch film machine set

This production line uses LLDPE as main raw material, and adopts several different kinds of resin. If can produce two-layer or three-layer stretch film which has the property of autohension. The coextrusion stretch film has better tensim strength, anti puncture capability and shock resistance than monolayer film. And in the meantime, it has good retraction memory and autohension. It also has excellent transparency and extensibity.It is widely used in bulk cargo container and palletizing.

1.This production line adopts PLC control,the host machine is equiped with feed metering and transmission system,to insure film stability and fine plastifying.

2.The rewinding part equipped with high precision servo drive system,machanical hand reel alternationsystem etc.With comprehensive cutter,automatic screen changer structure,to insure winding coherence,the product is more coherent and smooth.

3.The unit equipped with film-edge material recovery system,without heating and in water,do not change the material’s chemical composition and performance of plasticization,thus the production cost lowered.

4.The machine adopts advanced two/three layers function splitter,so it can produce different characteristics multilayer film.
