Blown film process & The transparency of the film is poor

   Polyolefin is a kind of crystalline high polymer, the key to improve the transparency to reduce the degree of crystallinity and make spherulitic small, the main influence factor is resin raw materials. Blown film process can only be used improve the transparency of film to some extent.

(1) The extrusion temperature is low, the melt plasticizing capacity is bad requires that we should increase the melt temperature appropriately . (2) The poor cooling effect, influence the transparency requires that we should increase the cooling air volume appropriatly . (3) The resin particles contains a lot of water  requires that we should be make the particles dry completely.
